To shorten the waiting time and improve our level of after-sale service, we decide to standard our process as follows:
1. The service staff will give you the materials (pictures or video) you should provide to prove the problem. You could find the reference video in the bottom of our homepage.
2. Please provide all the materials to our service staff.
3. Our technicals will judge the problem and give the final solution.
4. The service staff will contact the costumers to begin the after-sale service.
Please be note: when the materials are deficient, Reci has the right to refuse to process the problem further. If it is necessary, the tube should be sent back to our factory in Beijing. We will then give the final solution after the examination.
